Many families have included Friday sessions in their package. This is a guaranteed spot, paid for within your monthly fees each month. In addition to these regular spots, we leave and additional 10 spots to be booked on an ad-hoc basis each week.

For families who wish to book one-off or regular extra Friday sessions (for example every two weeks) you will need to use the FRIDAY BOOKING FORM to make these bookings. There are some weeks in the year, where we do not offer the possibility to book extra Fridays, and obviously, once the 10 places that we allocate for ‘extra’ sessions are full, no further bookings can be taken for that week.

We do not take booking requests via Whatsapp or Email for extra Fridays. All bookings MUST be made via a paper version of the form.

In order to make your booking, you will need to complete a form, highlighting all the Fridays you wish to book, and you will need to make full payment in advance to activate the booking.

If you wish to book every second week, or once a month – you will need to complete the booking form with the dates you wish to come, and enclose with it payment for all dates you are booking. The cost of additional can be found on our fees list.  Our full fees list can be viewed here.

We operate a non-refundable and non-transferable policy. Once a Friday session has been booked, it cannot be cancelled, and you cannot transfer the booking to another child or family.
