Late sessions are from 4:30 until 5:30 for parents who need additional childcare. We ask that parents arrive by 5:20 to ensure that there is time for feedback and to gather your child’s things before the nursery closes at 5:30
Late sessions can be booked in TWO ways. Either, you can include late sessions as part of your regular package, so that you child is booked in everyday until 5:30, there is a set monthly fee for this service. Additionally, you can request in advance as part of your regular package regular and specific days; for example a late session every Monday and Thursday, these are charged in line with our fee list and paid in advance with your monthly fees.
You may also book late sessions on an ad-hoc basis if you know you will need a late for a specific event like a pre-scheduled work meeting. These can be booked through our office, or requested at drop off.
Ad-hoc late sessions and ad-hoc Friday sessions cannot be cancelled at all after they have been booked; so even if you do not use the session, you will still be charged the fee for the session. Sessions can also not be transferred to a different date, or to a different family.
Friday sessions can only be booked via the paper booking form, and payment must be made in advance. Click here for the details.
If you wish to change your package, by reducing lates or reducing regular attendance on Fridays, you can do this, by contacting our office. You will need to pay a 150 ILS fee to change the package, and collect all your cheques for the reminder of the year, and issue new cheques for the revised fee for the new package you wish to sign to. You must give 1 months notice to make such a change. If you wish to change your package by adding lates or Friday sessions, this can only be done if there is space available. Sometimes we find that we are unable to accommodate mid-year requests to increase attendance, as there is no more space.
A reminder that if parents arrive after the stated pick up time (so either 4:29 if a late session has not been pre-requested) or after 5:29 (when on a late), or after 11:59 on an Erev Chag, a charge of 10 NIS per minute will apply. In exceptional circumstances, we are able to consider a waiver; but this is very rare.
