We are very proud of our building at Yehuda Ha Levi 41, and we ask you to follow these simple rules to keep the building running smoothly.
Dogs
We ask the you avoid bringing dogs to pick up and drop off. If its unavoidable, please could you leave your dog outside the building. Dogs must always be kept on a leash at pick up and drop off. Dogs are not permitted to enter our gardens or building. Thank you for your understanding. Where possible someone should stay with the dog, as children are often afraid of barking dogs who have been left alone!
The intercom on the front door
Parents are not given the door code to the building, you will need to ring to gain entry. You can also call our administrator… the phone number is displays also at the front on the building.
If you need the toilet
If adults need to use a toilet while you are inside our building. There are toilets on each floor. We ask you to leave the toilets as you would expect to find them, and report any problems to housekeeping (3rd floor) so that towels, paper and soap can be replenished if needed.

Bicycles at pick up and drop off
Please park your at the bicycle stands in the street at the front of the building, or across the road. Please refrain from bringing them into the Rainbow gardens. The gardens can be busy at pick up and drop off times, and bikes standing around can easily fall or cause injury. Thanks for your understanding.
Making a swift exit
We have 170 sets of parents, we plead with you to make a swift fast exit once you have picked up or dropped off your child and avoid hanging around in the building, the garden… Please keep corridors and gangways clear. Avoid sitting on the stairs, this is dangerous and can block walkways. We also need to you leave the gardens as soon as you have picked up your children (Thank you!). We ask you to convey this information to anyone who is picking up your child, especially grandparents! There is space across the road in the boulevard…. and just down the way (to the right) in park Masilla!
Food in the building and gardens
Please finish any food before entering the building or gardens with your child in the mornings, and please refrain from giving your child any food until you are out of our premises. THIS INCLUDES IN OUR GARDENS, we do not have the staffing capacity to clear food leftovers from the garden areas from after gan. Please ensure that grandparents also this. You can give snacks only after you LEAVE the gan and the garden areas! Thank you.
Office
The office is on ground floor, right by the entrance to the building. Our administaor is usually in the office from between 6:30 til 3:20pm. The administrator can help with payments, receipts, registration information, booking late and Friday sessions and updating contact details. You can have a seat outside her office if you are waiting, or inside her office if you are with her. Our administrator is called Kathleen, and is (usually!) happy to help 😉
