Daily reminders of key info Daily, before 8pm Staff need to be properly prepared for the day ahead. Bite size and digestible information about the day to come, including key allocations, special events and reminders
Motivating and managing staff performance 1;1 meetings/discussions monthly

Use staff downtime on a daily basis to ensure that the unit is properly maintained

Rota and records, so its clear what needs washing and when
