Monika
- Supermarket order (twice monthly)
- Manage the overall inventory, and order art supplies (Lidan) when required
- Making a list of what need to be fixed and sharing it through managers’ WhatsApp group
- Reminding staff for routine: starting Activities, tidying up, circle times, etc
- Weekly monitoring of Colour group folders, scheduling times for observations and checking children’s files are updated (Observations, annotated work, posit, how-to-care for me sheets)
- Lead on organising Parent consultations
- Ensuring the board is written each day – FOH
- One minute meetings in the morning
- Administration folder – ensuring numbers, registers, staff sign in sheets, petty cash etc are all managed
- Co-ordinate staff and children and the end of the day
- Brief Friday staff about children’s needs
- Line manager for Lea and Elyana
- Head of Laundry operations
Talia
- Fruit order 2x a week (for Sunday and for Tuesday)
- Sending out staffing/ plan – daily
- Managing displays- 4 weeks
- What we did today display board (out front)
- Line manager for Alex
- Ensuring that Postit note observations are undertaken daily – managing the posit not board
- Carry the Work phone, and respond to all communication (calls, messages etc)
- Environment planning (articulated plan, all resources have a home
- One minute meetings in the afternoon
- Toileting and bathroom (routines, organisation, hygiene, cleanliness, toilet training)
- Volunteer task allocation
- Co-ordinate feedback to parents and the yard at the end of the day
- Key liaison with the cook (enough food, quality of the food, what the children ate, didn’t like)
On Rotation Talia and Monika will both:
- Own the weekly activity – allocating all the activities, ensuring that all resources are available, and staff ‘understand’ the activities and how to deliver
- Daily feedback to the team – what went well today, and one target for tomorrow (Whatsapp message each day)
