This contact information is for our existing parents only.

Each Unit has their own phone number! These are in the rooms, and therefore staff only have access to these phones during opening hours (7:30 – 4:30).

If you need to contact us urgently during the day; you should contact the office, rather than the unit. This is because the staff in the rooms are mostly with the children, and will only check the phone periodically, so may not respond as soon as you contact the phone.

Who to contact, when and how!

Contact the room if…

• You need to inform us that your child will not be at gan today!
• You wish to let us know that someone other yourself is picking up your child (you will still need to complete an authorised pick up form)
• You wish to update us about an issue related to your child’s care routine, health or provide feedback on a day to day matter
• You wish to request a call back from the team leader or key worker to discuss an issue. In this case, please send a message, with an indication of what you would like to discuss, and one of the team will call you back when they are able to speak

Contact the office if…

• You have a payment query, or need assistance with an administrative issue
• You wish to book a late-stay session (ie – until 5:30) during the day, and have not already booked it with your child’s team during drop off
• You need to check on a Friday session you have booked via the booking form
• You have a new baby you would like to add to the sibling waiting list
• You need to speak to someone urgently during the day, and there is no response from the unit phone.

Contact Emma, the manager if…

You have a concern that you wish to discuss, and you were unable to resolve it with the team leader.

Please note, if you contact Emma whilst she is off, for example on holiday, then her phone will divert to one of the senior team leaders who will be covering her

Please only contact Emma during working hours (8am – 5pm) or if you have an emergency, you can reach her out of hours.

If you have an emergency or urgent situation, you can contact Sammy, if you have been unable to reach someone else to help. His number is 0542 416 146. Sammy works abroad one in every 6 weeks, and is only available on Whatsapp on this number during these times.
